Will and his wife, Kim, have been married for 29 years. They have three children, and four grandchildren. Will served in leadership for 17 years at a local church, followed by 6 years as the pastor of an outreach in the inner city of San Diego. Will and his wife, have now relocated their family and their ministry back to the heart of the Central Coast of California.
Will is the Lead Pastor at Harvest Bible Fellowship of Avila Beach.

Erin and her husband, Lane, grew up here on the beautiful Central Coast. They have two little girls, Claire and Faye, who are two of the cutest little girls you will ever meet. Erin has been singing, playing and leading music since middle school. Erin met the Heck family, and began serving with them as a teenager in the youth group where Will used to serve as youth pastor. Erin now serves as the leader of worship ministries at Harvest.
